I'm gonna take few wild guesses here.

This is aimed at bow wielder. This attack pretty much happened as soon as one showed up. Previously I was even wondering why Tantai would leave bow in this kingdom, first it is OP as fuck and second... well, her character as shown says she is not a person to do that.

There are quite a few clues on this here. One just has to ask the questions. Why give bow in a first place? Who has enough power to make two kingdoms follow this silly plot? Why was it so important to steal bow before the fight and why it is a need for Chen Nan to fight?

So far, my answers are like this... bow was tied to Chen Nan and useless to anyone else, so it was at best usable as bait (that also requires Tantai to know that Chen Nan will resurrect some day). Only one that has this power is the revered immortal Tantai (best guess, these two yellow masked guys are her followers or descendants). After the first two... the other two are easy to guess.

But, since there are only 16 episodes, I guess I'll only know if I am correct after I start reading novel

I just knew it, it wouldn't have been that easy for him to get his request granted after he won the first match, and just straight up dip out on them fools. Now look so clearly after this tense battle fin to commence on next episode, and he win obviously. His request and are you freak'n kidd'n me MC your request was for lil miss snappy to choose who she will marry, and its obvious she going choose this man, like bruh you don't owe them nothing but now you got a reason to stay with the family that tried to kill you and made you their lil servant boy. MC dawg you made a dumb A decision right there.

That lil ass dragon ain't that much more dangerous than the other one he just swatted out the sky, they're definitely hyping it up more than needed aha. But I'm interested to see how the MC pulls this off when not just 3 v 1 but also a 4th order dragon (and possibly the other 2 dragon knights dragons too). I hope the next episode doesn't disappoint.

Could be a brilliant tactic, if they spin it right. As if they attack one or more of these enemies (playing as friends), they can't say it's retaliation or use some lame loophole excuse like the bow being stolen and blaming them for it (when they have no physical proof). But I understand your point, I was wondering why they're hiding it too, and that's all I could come up with aha. If it's not my reasoning then hopefully it's something even more clever or it'll be another disappointment added onto the list of disappointments smh.
